Florah Mukumo, at the age of 64, recently graduated from the University of South Africa (UNISA) with a Bachelor of Information Science, becoming a symbol of resilience and inspiration for many. Her journey to this remarkable achievement was not easy, as she had worked for many years as a cleaner. However, her passion for learning never waned, and with the encouragement of a supportive supervisor, she embarked on a path of self-improvement.

Despite facing time management challenges as a single mother, she persevered and earned her degree. She plans to continue contributing to her community even after her upcoming retirement, and she encourages others, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds, to never give up on their dreams(Briefly, Briefly).
